1. Drum - Drum has "Bedford Band Organized 1933" written on one side. Drum was owned by Thomas Poleo, a barber in Bedford, who lived at 6 School Way in Bedford. He died February 25, 1964 (at the age of 70) and is buried in Shawsheen Cemetery. His wife was Loretta (Albani) Poleo. He had three children: Marie, Thomas and Josephine Genetti. Kerry O'Shoughnessy said Thomas was her grandfather.

2. Manuscript - Typewritten manuscript, untitled, an overview of Bedford's history. Written on first page: "Talk by Nathan H. Daniels at Bedford 200 year anniversary. May 22, 1952." [Bedford's 200th anniversary was on September 23, 1929.] Talk was apparently given in conjunction with a slide show, perhaps P1993.12.1 ? On left is the house that was manse of First Church of Christ and later moved to corner of Great Rd. and Bacon St. (Dr. Lord then Dr. Birmingham house.) Person at extreme right with baritone horn is Lou Pfeiffer, father of Don (Town Clerk for years) and grandfather of Ken. To Lou's left with another baritone horn is Immanuel Pfeiffer (Jr. brother of Lou, uncle of Don who was D. V. M. and lived at 238 Great Rd. (now owned by W. Waite Sr.) House moved about 1926-27 -- this photo before then --- but earlier than one with Pierce Auto float -- because there are no signs on Old Town Hall -- around 1900?"
