Davis, and George Davis, in consideration of $1,000 paid by Benjamin J. Davis, give to Benjamin Davis a lot of woodland lying in Concord containing seventeen and one-half acres more or less and a lot of land in Bedford containing twenty seven acres more or less and sell to Benjamin Davis one undivided half of all the personal estate left by Eleazer Davis.
