June 5, 1860 Nehemiah Ball, Justice of the Peace, ordered the Middlesex County sheriff, either of his deputies, or the Bedford constable to arrest Rodney Center for not paying Cyrus Page $68.45 with $3.66 for costs, a total of $72.11 and then $.25 for the writ. Rodney would be committed to jail in Concord, Lowell, or Cambridge until he paid the money owed. This would be addressed in court in Concord June 25, 1960.
On June 15, 1861, Cyrus Page assigned to Albert Bacon all his interest in this for value received.
