|Scope & Content||April 14, 1857 note to Albert Bacon who was the mortgagee named in a deed of mortgage by Willliam Page of a farm in the southeast part of Bedford to secure the payment of $1,000 according to a note signed by Moses Page 2nd and Alben S. Willard (said mortgage is dated July 21, 1853 and recorded in the Middlesex registry of deeds, book 677, page 286). On February 22, 1855, Albert Bacon made an entry for foreclosing the right of redemption. Alben S. Willard, having the right to redeem the same and intending to enforce the right, demand of Albert Bacon a justk and true statement and account of the sum now due upon said mortgage.|
