January 10, 1771 Phinehas Blood of Concord, in consideration of twenty two pounds, six shillings, and eight pence paide to him by Eleazer Davis, gave Phinehus Blood a certain tract of meadowland in Bedford containing five acres more or less. Recorded March 22, 1872. Book 847, Page 55.
