Scope & Content April 27, 1844 Charles G. Fletcher with his wife Hannah P. Fletcher will give all the wood now standing or laying on a lot of land in the southeasterly part of Carlisle containing about six acres more or less to Samuel Wyman and Albert Bacon for $300. Wyman and Bacon have the privilege to enter the premises to remove the wood and timber for the term of two years from April 1, 1844. Recorded May 24, 1844.
