|Scope & Content||June 1, 1865 agreement between Edward E. Wood and Albert Bacon in which Wood agreed to pay Bacon $25 an acre for a piece of meadow and woodland in the northeasterly part of Bedford containing 16 acres more of less in payments. Wood would pay Bacon $25 November 1, 1865 as principal with interest and then $25 each successive year. Bacon would give Wood a deed when Wood had paid $100 of the principal with interest.|
